Terms of Service, Facts & Policies

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in any program, training, service, or digital product offered by Closeless Close (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By enrolling in any program or purchasing any service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Closeless Close provides educational training programs, coaching services, digital materials, and live instruction related to remote high-ticket sales and related professional skills.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Digital course materials

• Live virtual training sessions

• Group coaching

• Roleplay simulations

• Recorded sessions

• Proprietary frameworks and documentation

All services are educational in nature.

The Company is not an employment agency, recruiter, broker, financial advisor, or investment advisor.

2. No Earnings or Employment Guarantee

The Company makes no representations or guarantees regarding:

• Employment placement

• Income levels

• Sales performance

• Closing ratios

• Business success

• Client acquisition

Individual results vary and depend on numerous factors outside the Company’s control, including personal effort, skill development, market conditions, and implementation.

Any testimonials or examples provided are illustrative and not guarantees of future performance.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is agreed to in writing.

If a payment plan is selected:

• You are legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments.

• Failure to complete payments may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

• Outstanding balances may be submitted to collections or pursued through lawful recovery methods.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate delivery of digital materials, proprietary intellectual property, and access to live instruction, the following refund policy applies:

4.1 General Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Failure to participate

• Scheduling conflicts

• Financial hardship

• Personal circumstances

• Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations

Accessing any proprietary training material, live sessions, documentation, recordings, or digital assets constitutes delivery of services and voids refund eligibility except as specifically provided below.

4.2 Deposit Refund Policy (Deposits Under $1,000)

If a participant submits a deposit of less than $1,000 toward enrollment, the following limited exception applies:

• A refund request may be submitted within 48 hours of the original deposit payment.

• Refund requests must be made in writing to refunds@closelessclose.com.

• A non-refundable $70 processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

• Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be honored.

• If program access has been granted or proprietary materials accessed prior to the refund request, refund eligibility is void.

No exceptions will be made beyond the stated 48-hour window.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Participants agree to contact the Company directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute with a payment processor.

If a chargeback is initiated:

• Access to all services will be immediately revoked.

• The Company reserves the right to dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation.

• Fraudulent or bad-faith disputes may result in collection efforts and additional administrative costs.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Closeless Close are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Participants may not:

• Copy

• Record

• Reproduce

• Republish

• Distribute

• Resell

• Share login credentials

• Create derivative works

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

7. Participant Conduct

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant for:

• Disruptive or abusive behavior

• Harassment of staff or participants

• Misuse of materials

• Ethical violations

• Non-payment

Removal for cause does not entitle the participant to a refund.

8. Technology Responsibility

Participants are responsible for maintaining:

• Reliable internet access

• Functional audio/video equipment

• Access to required platforms

Technical issues on the participant’s end do not constitute grounds for refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Lost income

• Lost business opportunities

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Reliance on training materials

• Business interruption

Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
